Giving back

TMC is a firm believer that giving back to the community is a MUST. Doing something for the community we live in and returning the favor to those who have helped us are strong motivators. It makes us grow professionally and personally.
One of the ways we give back is by donating our time and capabilities to Los Diablos, the official Latino Alumni Chapter of the Arizona State University Alumni Association.

For over 26 years, the Latino alumni group has provided financial assistance and support to outstanding Arizona students who are committed to the Latino community and who choose to attend and graduate from ASU. Approximately 2,000 scholarships have been awarded to date, with a value of over $3.5 million dollars.

Through a comprehensive program from Los Diablos that includes mentoring and networking components, and through our work at TMC, we believe we can help build Arizona’s future leaders by actively encouraging academic success and exposing scholars to potential career paths.

To help nurture future Hispanic PR professionals, TMC has an internship program where college students are able to gain industry knowledge through a hands-on experience that aids them to accumulate evidence of their abilities, make critical professional contacts and improve their confidence level.
